- Campur semua bahan kecuali mentega dan garam. Uleni setengah kalis, lalu tambahkan mentega dan garam, lanjut uleni hingga kalis elastis. Tandanya jika adonan dibentangkan tdk robek dan transparan (tanda window pane). Tips : Masukkan whipped cream cair belakangan setelah mentega masuk & tambahkan sdkt2. Jika adonan sdh cukup lunak dan elastis, whipped cream di skip saja. Stlh kalis, timbang & bagi 4 adonan sama beratnya. Lalu beri warna sesuai selera dan istirahatkan smp mengembang 2x lipat.
- Kempeskan masing2 adonan, bagi masing2 menjadi 4 buah (saya @30-32 gram). Total ada 16 pcs. Bulatkan dan istirahatkan 5 mnt (tutup dg serbet supaya adonan tdk kering). Lalu gilas untuk mengeluarkan udara & isi dg DCC / isian bebas. Bulatkan kembali dan tata dlm loyang.
- Beri jarak antar adonan. Proofing / istirahatkan kembali sampai mengembang 2x. Btw ini pewarna yg saya pakai. Beli di TBK banyak merk dan pilihan..
- Taburi permukaan roti dgn tepung pro sedang. Konon fungsi tepung untuk mengunci kelembaban roti, dan roti tdk mudah kecoklatan ketika dipanggang. Bake dg api atas bawah, suhu 150°C selama 20 mnt an (*sesuaikan oven masing2). Dinginkan di atas cooling rack.
- Taburi dusting donat / gula donat untuk menambah kenikmatan makan rotinya ☺️ enak.. Ada sensasi manis2 dingin gula donat..
